ÒÑÌ carried out modernization of diesel loaders (c/c 1.0-3.0 tons) in according to its tradition – using high technologies and heritage of long-term and many-sided experience in loaders’ production. Pursue its corporate policy- to be one jump ahead the aggressive field  of floor transport, TCM carried out reconstruction of this series of autoloaders and thus improved characteristics, fitted more high-capacity engine, made it more simple in driving and reliable.

• Increased safety (seat is equipped with lateral bracing, improved visibility in front of the driver.

Comfort and simplicity in driving of autoloaders are very important for drivers who work without a brake for several hours. Ergonomic construction of pedals and levers allows achieve maximum comfort for driver.

These characteristics provide simplicity in driving even for inexperienced drivers and allow decrease fatiguability.

•   High-power engine KUBOTA V3300 for loaders c/c 2.0 – 3.0 tons. Total displasement 3318 cbcm. engine rated brake power 50.0 kWh (67 hp)/2500 rpm. Peak shaft torque increased for 10 % in comparison with previous molds. 226.4 N-Г¬(23.1 kg-m)/1800 rpm

• Modernized diesel engine Г‘240 c/c 1 ton. Power rating 38.3ГЉГўГІ (52 Г«.Г±.)/2500 rpm.

• Improved gasoline engine. Torque strength increased for 10% at idle. Generator provides bigger capacity 50ГЂ in comparison with previous molds 35ГЂ. Cooling system with much more powerful coolers.

Much more comfortable for driver. Modern design of accelerator and brake pedals, and in fact- for 20 per sent less effort to the pedals, and 50% less vibrations in them. Support for feet. Combined lever that switches on light and turn signal with mechanism of automatic switching when turn is finished. Loaders with hydro equipped with electric switcher of ignition in addition to the usual ignition key.

More capacious fuel tank  (70 l for c/c 2-3 tons, 50 l for c/c 1-1.8 tons)

It is more safety. Improved visibility for driver- for 15 % at loaders c/c 2-3 tons that are equipped with standard tower. Augmented area of step at the door to the cabin. Driver’s seat equipped with a lap belt. Strike-free lift cylinder decreases noise and stroke at the moment when pitchfork touches ground. Lever of parking brake has secure lock.

New models equipped with special air inlet- thus cooling system was improved. Aluminium radiator was made better too. Augmented engine’s air inlet. All these features provide increment of loader’s durability. Extras: diesel loaders’ exhaust is equipped with a special devise that catches smog. These emissions burn.
