Electric loaders
“Druzhba” - – are the universal lifting carriers for
transportation and piling goods on pallets in ports,
stores, airports, for intrashop transportation and
transportation out of stores. They are intended for
working on sites with firm and smooth paving. Tilting
angle is described in technical characteristics.
Electric loaders are adapted for exploitation in
temperate climate with temperature interval -25 +40, in
facilities that protected from fire and explosions.
The driver’s place was designed in according to the
ergonomics. Operating levers and buttons are placed
directly near the driver. Brake pedal and accelerator
are arranged as in cars.
The seat with the spring hanger and shock absorber can
be regulated in according to the driver’s weight and by
the horizontal axis along the longitudinal axis of the
loader.
Chassis
Chassis – are the all-welded self-bearing constructions
made of sheet steel and steel shapes. They provide
safety of all the units and components and free access
to them when repair or service is needed.
Brakes
Loader’s braking is provided by the drum servo brake
that affects to the front wheels. They put in action by
the hydraulic gear of the brake master cylinder. Brake
can be single- or double-stage. The hand parking brake
affects to the same wheel brakes.
Driving
Driving with hydrostatic servo amplifier from its unit
of electric engine- hydraulic gear pump. Effectors -
hydraulic piston cylinder. The system is equipped with
the valve which protects from overpressure. It is also
equipped with antishock valves – thus protection from
popping-backs to the helm is provided.
Driving axle
The front axle is motive. It has three-stage reducing
gear with differential gear. Semi axes are discharged.

Hydraulics
It consists of electric engine unit (with compound-wound
generator), hydraulic gear pump, tank for hydraulic
fluid, four section hydraulic distributor as the
monobloc, lifting and angling cylinders, valves,
throttles and hydraulic sheaves, mostly flexible. All
the hydraulic components work at the maximum pressure up
to 250 bar. The system is protected from overpressure
and arbitrary lowering of load when hydraulic actuator
is teared.
Lifting gear
Different lifting gears are used. Two frame lifting gear
(duplex) is used for lifting height 2800, 3300 and 4000
mm, and three frame lifting gear (triplex) is used for
4500 and 5200 mm. All the lifting gears have good
visibility, and these with lifting height 2800. 4500 and
5200 mm have big free wheeling travel.
The main working unit is the pitchfork that varies from
950 to 1150 mm in length in 50 mm. Different devices can
be added to the panel which is under pitchfork. They can
be with or without hydraulic control.
Electrical equipment
The main integration is with pulse (electronic) control
traction and pump electric gears. It lets to regulate
speed of the loader smoothly, use slow speed when piling,
limit the peak current in electric engines, decrease of
power waste, picking of rotation speed of engine in
according to the type of operation, hence decrease
consumption of electric power.
Special combination is fitted: timer and indicator of
permittance that blocks operations with the hydraulic
system when the battery is discharged till the traction
level.
Traction battery is disposed in the middle. Can be high
and low fulfillment (in fact with different permittance).
Its disposition increases stability of electric loader
because units that can be corroded after contact with
electrolyte (acid) weren’t placed under it.
Traction storage battery and devices placed in the rear
part of the electric loader are protected with lids.

Electric trolleys, electric lorries, electric tractors
