Loader’s ergonomics

 

  • Good ergonomics of workplace lets driver work for a long time and without tiredness.
     
  • Car is flexible fixed to the chassis. Thus isolation from vibrations and noise is provided.
  • Ergonomic seat with long stroke, hydraulic shock-absorbers and regulation by driver’s height
  • Dash board is designed as an independent module. Autoloader has the short steering column that provides free space around the treadles.

 

Chassis

 

Welded construction that embodies long experience of manufacturer in this area. It provides perfect  fixation of details and units. Its durability was tested by tensometry methods. That’s why reliability is guaranteed.

 


Drive axle

 

The drive axle is the solid strengthened beam, that includes bevel gear, differential gear and reducing gears . The parking brake works as a disk or a drum, that was installed at the axle’s beginning


Guiding axle

 

Durable and well-welded construction, piston cylinder with two ways action rod Simplified kinematics provides perfect mobility ? and good reliability. Teflon compressions produced by the leading companies. The whole construction of the axle with the control system provides simple service and comfort to driver.


Transmission

 

Hydrodynamic transmission HDP 6860.6, one speed, with inching valve, that provides smooth running and precision during. Blocking that prevents engine’s switching when reverse is on.


Hydraulic system and control system

 

The hydraulic system with mono-block plunger hydrodistributor PX 80 with working pressure 250 bar, intake filter 25 mm and flexible connections that provide  reliable ties and compacting.
Hydrostatic  servo control XKYC 100, XKYC 125 fitted into dashboard.


Electric system

 

Voltage 12 V. Combination ELTEC is situated on a dashboard. It shows temperature of liquid coolant, amount of fuel, time of work.

  • BAMO D 4000 I (diesel) - four-stroke, water-cooled, volume 4,0 dm3, capacity 52,5 kW. Fuel gear CAV. Fits next requirements: E/ECE/324 R96 and E/ECE/324 R24-03.
  • BAMO G 3900 K (gas) - four-stroke, water-cooled, volume 3,86 dm3, capacity 52 kW. Fuel gear IMPCO.
  • CONTINENTAL TMD 27 (diesel) - four-stroke, water-cooled, volume 2,7 dm3, capacity 41 kW.
  • MINSK D 243 (diesel) - four-stroke, water-cooled, volume 4,8 dm3, capacity 60 kW.
  • PERKINS D 1004-42 (diesel) - four-stroke, water-cooled, volume, 4,24 dm3, capacity 56 kW.
  • PERKINS G 4.236 (gas) - four-stroke, water-cooled, volume 3,86 dm3, capacity 52 kW. Fuel gear IMPCO.
